Joe M is very unprofessional! This was the second time we dealt with Joe. The first time (a year ago) he was not very knowledgeable on the patient's file, nor the products as he had to leave the room multiple times to get approvals, . Now the second time (as with the first time), his tone was to make a quick sale. He did not explain to the patient what he was doing or why. Worse experience ever. They asked us if we brought our own gauze and then told us that they were low so they re-used the gauze on the wound which was soaked with blood. They were not able to answer any questions. They didn’t inform us of anything that they were doing or the next steps afterwards. All he told us to consult are surgeons. The gentleman... read more

Would not recommend to anyone my father was in hospital after amputation and was supposed to get things started so after healing we could get him mobile. I got advice from other medical facility and he heard the phone call and thought the guy was giving me the run around didnt not do what was necessary to get him mobile. I feel guy took insurance money and that was it, this should be fraud.

When the new leg & sleeve came in, the sleeve was a 10mm. Well anyone who went to grade school should know that for every action there is a reaction. They kept drilling holes in the new boot to counter balance the thicker sleeve. Witch causwd several wounds, after about 3/4months of problems and open sores they refused to make him a new boot. My father has been wheelchai... read more
