During my first ever visit to this store Eric and Carolina were amazing! From the minute my family and I entered the store we were treated with the best hospitality ever. We were set with appointments and the whole process was done so efficiently. Even choosing frames was made easy, and I’m personally very picky about my glasses! Special thanks to Eric for helping my mom and I have multiple options but still keeping in mind the style of frames we liked! Awesome experience.
So i just got these Versace Lenses on Sunday and it was such a painless experience that, i decided to bring my mother to get her glasses done as well. Taj was awesome with me very straightforward and informative. With the new technology they have there i was surprised not having to be temporarily OOC (out of commission) because of having my eyes dilated. I am now in the parking lot of 2020 in casselberry. It's family. I've been customer wow, for a very long time. And there are people who work for 2020 at this particular establishment. It as if they're one big happy family. On this day May 20th and it is 1:15. Staff on this particular store they just make me feel warm and welcome, and they have every type of beverage small icy cold refrigerator. I can't imagine going to any other place to purchase my glasses and while I'm there feel part of their family Thank you.

Just picked up my 2nd pair of frames and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service at 20/20. Carson, is perhaps one of the friendliest persons I have met, that epitomizes service with a smile and just a great overall attitude.
