I went to 20/20 Eyeglass instead of my usually eyeglass store, and I had the BEST Experience HANDS DOWN that I've had in many many years of going to other locations. I was greeted with smiles as soon as I walked in. I was offered something to drink immediately, and was acknowledged by all the staff there. i called before hand to check if they took my insurance, the girl on the phone was extremely sweet and super helpful. i then did my eye exam with another very kind and soft spoken man, he eased my anxiety and helped me through the processes with clear instructions. the Dr. Karen i had a video call with and she did everything she possibly could to get me back to 20/20 with my new prescription. after all of that i was met by a very kind knowledgeable man, Eric. he helped me pick out the perfect frames to match my face shape an... read more
I lost my glasses while on vacation. I was able to get my normal doctor from back home to email me my prescription so I did not need an exam. 2020 was able to get me in quickly for replacement glasses. The gentleman that helped me look for glasses was very nice and took the time to make sure I was happy. Less than $200 and 2 hours later I walked out being able to see!
So i just got these Versace Lenses on Sunday and it was such a painless experience that, i decided to bring my mother to get her glasses done as well. Taj was awesome with me very straightforward and informative. With the new technology they have there i was surprised not having to be temporarily OOC (out of commission) because of having my eyes dilated.
