This was the best experience I've ever had getting glasses! Eric who helped me pick out frames, was amazing and made sure I picked something that really suited me, all while delivering great customer service. Jay was a great technician, was proactive and quick with getting me in, and explained everything he was doing as he did it. His vibes were so positive and made the whole experience more enjoyable! The day after Milton, Eric greeted us warmly to repair my glasses. Very well stock shop and so glad that they were open. I am from New Jersey, staying in Orlando, and the 30 minute drive was worth it. I will revisit again one day!
Place is good, staff is knowledgeable, but, quality of glasses is not what I expected. I purchased 2 pair of glasses not anti scratch or anything and one of them got really bad. I went back and paid a lot for anti scratch and other stuff and less than 4 month the glasses were all scratch and blurry and like lossing color on the lens. I just pick up the glasses of my warranty hoping this time last longer.
I had a great experience here! I came in for a glasses frame repair and received quick, quality service. Eric was the man who helped me, and he did a great job.
Great service from the eye techs. But they won't give you your entire prescription info, unless you buy frames/glasses there and they were way too expensive on my lenses. I paid for an eye exam, and I believe i should get the results... I took no discount on the exam- i should get complete results. Seems kind of scammy- I know that's not about the people at the location-- mut more about the corporate policy.
