Shopped two other stores in the area. 20/20 had the best price, the product was top notch and manager Val and tech Jim C. gave the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 60+ years of dealing with optical service providers. Try it, you'll like it!
I went in today for a new pair because I broke mine. I was immediately helped by Sharon and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. On top of her great customer service she helped me with deal on top of deal and a free upgrade on my lenses. As long as she works there I will always come back to this store.
I must say I completely disagree with the other review posted here. My initial visit for a contact lens exam was pleasant. All of the people I encountered were friendly and I was treated with respect. My follow up visit a week later went equally well, and I had my five year old son with me both times. During the second visit my son was offered a chocolate milk by an employee, which he gladly accepted.
